These gentle classes focus on simple movements to help you build strength, stamina, balance, and focus; physically, mentally, and emotionally.
A regular practice during pregnancy is very calming to the nervous system for both you and baby, will help increase breath awareness, and can help alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy.
Prepare your body and mind for birth and postpartum while being in community with others on a similar journey.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, no previous experience is required.

We will explore gentle movements and breath practices, focusing on common areas of tightness and discomfort such as the neck and shoulders, chest, hips, and low back. Learn how to gently and effectively realign and re-strengthen your core.
Drop in rate is $18 per class or purchase 4 classes for $65.
Registration is required and payment can be made via e-transfer.

Mom and Baby Yoga
A gentle class with a focus on recovery that incorporates baby where possible and necessary.
During the class, parents may stop to feed, soothe, or change baby and rejoin when it is possible and comfortable to do so.
Babies from 6 weeks and not actively crawling are welcomed.
