
These beginner friendly classes include gentle stretching with slow intentional movements, breath practices, meditation & mindfulness, and a long savasana to bring some stillness to our busy days!

These 75 min. classes will run on Sundays at 10:00 am.
Each class is offered on a sliding scale of $17-30 (including HST)
Payment can be made by credit card at time of booking, OR click 'pay later' and send an e-transfer to wiserootstherapies@gmail.com or pay in cash in class.
