Reiki is the vital life force energy which flows through all living things. In this one-day workshop you will learn the Usui style of Reiki, taught by Reiki Master Lisa Brenner.

This class includes:

* An attunement to connect you to the Reiki energy

* A discussion of the history and benefits of Reiki

* Demonstration of hand positions for both Self-Reiki & massage table sessions followed by practice time

* Includes written material and a certificate of completion

~ Snacks, water and tea will be provided~

*Please bring whatever else you will need to support your energy throughout the day
